What Does Downtown Haddonfield Mean to You?
Partnership for Haddonfield asks community to help shape Downtown’s future through Main Street America Transformation Strategy survey
HADDONFIELD, NJ — What does Downtown Haddonfield mean to you? What do you value most about Downtown? What makes it special? What would you like to see in its future?
The Partnership for Haddonfield (PfH) is asking the community to share its thoughts through a brief community-wide survey as part of PfH’s participation in a Main Street America Transformation Strategy.
This is an opportunity for everyone connected to Downtown Haddonfield to have a voice in the conversation about its future. Residents, business owners, property owners, employees, visitors, community partners, and anyone who cares about Downtown are encouraged to participate.
Your Voice Matters
Main Street America’s Transformation Strategy process brings together community input and market data to help Main Street organizations understand their Downtown’s position in the local and regional marketplace, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for future growth. The community survey is an important part of that process and will help inform Main Street America’s work with PfH.
PfH is seeking a broad range of perspectives—not just from people who own or operate businesses, but from anyone who shops, dines, works, visits, lives nearby, or simply has a connection to Downtown Haddonfield.
The question is simple: What does Downtown Haddonfield mean to you?
The survey will remain open through October 4, 2026, and takes only a few minutes to complete.

Continuing Our Main Street Work
The Transformation Strategy survey is part of PfH’s broader participation in Main Street New Jersey and its ongoing work to strengthen Downtown Haddonfield.
Earlier this year, PfH was awarded an $18,082.20 Main Street New Jersey Transformation Grant through the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. The grant will fund a wayfinding signage campaign in Downtown Haddonfield, designed to improve navigation, accessibility and connectivity while supporting small businesses along secondary Downtown corridors.
The grant is one example of how PfH is working to improve the Downtown today while also looking toward its long-term future. The Transformation Strategy process provides an opportunity to step back, listen to the community and use data and community input to help identify where Downtown Haddonfield can continue to grow and thrive.
Your participation is an important part of that process.
