Block Party & Drone Show

Saturday, September 26 | 3:30–7:30 PM | Downtown Haddonfield

The Borough of Haddonfield is celebrating America’s 250th on Saturday, September 26, with the rescheduled Block Party & Drone Show, originally planned for July 3.

Starting at 3:30 PM, the community is invited to a free Block Party on Kings Highway featuring games, face painting, food trucks, and live music from Born to Run Down the Dream, a high-energy tribute to two legendary American rockers: Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty. Get ready to sing along to favorites from both artists as the band brings the sounds of the Jersey Shore and classic American rock to Downtown Haddonfield. Kings Highway will be closed from Haddon Avenue to PATCO during the event.

At dusk, around 7:20 PM, the celebration will culminate with Haddonfield’s first-ever Drone Show, a special semi-quincentennial finale lighting up the evening sky. The designated viewing area will be on Kings Highway from Chestnut Street to Haddon Avenue.

Make a day of it in Downtown Haddonfield! Autumn Corral will take place from 11 AM–3 PM, featuring fall festivities, contests, outdoor shopping, family activities, and more throughout the Downtown.
