Hosted in Downtown Haddonfield in partnership with the Borough of Haddonfield, the Partnership for Haddonfield, and the Haddonfield Soccer Club.

Fútbol Fridays is a three-night, family-friendly public event designed to bring the excitement of the FIFA World Cup to the heart of Downtown Haddonfield. On June 12, 19, and 26, Mechanic Street will transform into an open-air viewing plaza featuring LIVE and pre-recorded FIFA World Cup match screenings. This free community experience invites residents and visitors of all ages to gather, celebrate, and enjoy the game’s global spirit.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs (“BYOC”) and settle in for an evening filled with energy and activity. The event footprint will include lawn games, oversized soccer balls, cornhole, and Connect Four to keep the atmosphere lively between match moments. Pop-ups and engagement stations from the Haddonfield Soccer Club and additional event partners will offer interactive opportunities for families and young fans.

Fútbol Fridays also supports Haddonfield’s local economy by encouraging attendees to dine and shop throughout Downtown. Restaurants will offer convenient take-out options perfect for enjoying during the screenings, and Kings Highway will be lined with international flags representing World Cup nations, adding a festive, global backdrop to the experience.
