Partnership for Haddonfield Seeks Bids for 2026 Holiday Lighting Services
HADDONFIELD, NJ (June 9, 2026) — The Partnership for Haddonfield (PfH), manager of the Haddonfield Business Improvement District, has officially opened the bidding process for its 2026 Holiday Lighting Services contract.
PfH is seeking qualified contractors to provide holiday tree lighting services throughout Downtown Haddonfield as part of the community’s annual holiday beautification program. Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026.
Beginning June 9, prospective bidders may obtain bid specifications and proposal forms by registering through the online Bid Registration Form. Upon registration, bidders will receive the bid package and any future addenda related to the project. Bid documents are also available in Room 101 of Borough Hall, 242 Kings Highway East, Haddonfield, during regular business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Completed bids must be submitted on the official proposal forms provided in the bid package. Sealed envelopes must be clearly marked “Holiday Tree Lighting Services” and include the bidder’s name and address. Bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 p.m. on July 9, 2026, in Room 101 of Borough Hall, where the names of bidders and their respective cost proposals will be read aloud.
All bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
The Partnership for Haddonfield reserves the right to amend the bid specifications and distribute updates to registered bidders.
